New Member with Pre-existing Issue
ANF policy only allows services to be provided to financial members of the Federation.
New Members joining with a pre-existing problem are not entitled to retrospective services for Member Services.
At the discretion of the Secretary a new Member joining with a pre-existing problem is required to pay 12 months membership in advance (non-refundable).
In this circumstance the new Member will receive limited telephone advice; they are not entitled to advocacy and representation for pre-existing problems.
