Margaret Burton Fund
This fund was created in memory of Margaret Burton who was a Registered Nurse and Midwife within the ACT. Margaret passed away in 1988.

She was a devoted ANF supporter who served on Branch Council as well as being a Workplace Representative.

The terms of the granting of funds will be as follows:

• The annual interest obtained from this fund will be allocated to a selected candidate each year
• Candidates must have been ANF members for at least a period of three (3) years and must have shown their support of ANF policies
• It is essential that the application is for a conference or short course that relates directly to the applicants field of expertise
• The applicant must submit in writing to the Secretary of the ANF the outline of the course to be undertaken no less than 2 months prior to the closing date of the application
• Applicants must supply Branch Council with a list of previous conferences attended and funding sources.
